Pretty much only wincon is combat damage, but there are plenty of ways to do it with big buff green boys.

Commander makes forests matter, which explains the large amount of forests. There are some cards in it that get stronger based on forests to help with wincon. There's also cards which make tokens that cost ez mana late game.

If you'd rather keep the mana as green mana rather than colorless, take out horizon stone and put in the omnath that's in the maybe board. It's a big more expensive though so do so at your own wallet's risk.
