My take on the Mana value 4+ Ruby/Radha cascade deck. If you're not familiar with the progression:

T1: Land, tapped land optimal since no T1 spells

T2: Land, Ruby from the command zone

T3: Land, any 4 cost double land tutor. (such as Ranger's Path)

T4+: Play high value spells, with cascade/discover cards bottoming at a 4-cost double ramp spell.

The deck's second namesake, Monstrous Vortex, is about the most fun you can ever have in a big gruul monsters deck. With some good luck you can chain several Power 5 creatures in a row off of the discover, with the saturation of high power creatures in the deck.
