I've tried many times to build a good white weenie deck, with spirit Anafenza mainly, but it can't easily recover from the anthems being destroyed. Norika gives a white weenie deck security in its anthems and also some utility in recurring removal auras and value enchantments. It feels good to play, and is definitely what I was looking for.
