I got bored, so I decided to use a random card generator, and the first interesting creature/plansewalker I got I would build a deck around and use that creature/planeswaker as my commander.

I drew Helldozer as the first card that was interesting, so i built a deck around it. There are a lot of land destruction cards (I don't really like using them though) and and lot of destroy creature spells, which prevent your opponents from doing a lot.

Once I ran out of cards that destroy lands that are black that can be added, I started to add cards that force opponents to discard cards, for I felt that they fit the theme.

Sorry that this is a bit on the expensive side. I wasn't checking prices for some of this
