A bracket 2-3 mono blue deck. It is a theme deck of sorts because I wanted to do super-friends with every mono-blue Jace planeswalker and nothing else, but it proved a bit sparce, so I added some toxic/infect stuff and some other blue cards I like that happen to use counters (Kappa Cannoneer and Ominous Seas to name a couple). So yes, theme decks are typically bracket 1's, but I know this deck can do some crazy stuff even without game changers, so I bump up the number to reflect that.

Therefore, my elevator pitch for this deck is it's a bracket 2-3 theme deck that is trying for a grimy win with infect or ult-ing Jace's to completion.
