Entropic Specter
Creature — Specter Spirit
Flying
As Entropic Specter enters the battlefield, choose an opponent.
Entropic Specter's power and toughness are each equal to the number of cards in the chosen player's hand.
Whenever Entropic Specter deals damage to a player, that player discards a card.

Aquastrand Spider, Drakestown Forgotten, Eidolon of Countless Battles, Entropic Specter, Golgari Raiders, Kalonian Hydra, Nighthowler, Phantom Centaur, Scrounging Bandar, Sewer Nemesis, Shanna, Sisay's Legacy, Skyshroud War Beast, Spike Feeder, Heliod, Sun-Crowned, Spiteful Squad, Sutured Ghoul, Swarm Shambler, Towering Titan, Undergrowth Scavenger, Workhorse are some of the better options I can think of for the deck.
Spike Feeder + Heliod, Sun-Crowned actually does infinite life.

Oh man, all the time with older cards. Cards from sets like Legends and The Dark have names, flavour text and art that make the latest sets look like Super Deck! by comparison, but often they... aren't quite there in terms of power level or functionality, ha ha. Most of the vanilla legends from Legends are the real mind-bogglers. You're showing off not one but TWO dramatic new mechanics - gold cards and legendary creatures - and you do so via... a vanilla 5/5 for seven? He really has no special abilities to his name?
Having said that, I think my pet card for underperforming is the beautiful, horrible Entropic Specter. It has the coolest art of any specter, among the coolest of any cards ever. But it is by its very nature self-defeating. A creature that is the size of the number of cards in your opponent's hand - which, by the time you can play a five mana creature, might only be one or two - will make itself SHRINK every time it nails him if it's also causing discards. Why print a five-mana rare that wants to do two different things at once? If it's performing in one arena, it's failing in the other, and the two really are mutually exclusive.
The easiest fix? Just make it like Nyxathid. It's a 7/7 that shrinks based on the number of cards your opponent's holding - but like any specter, it flies and makes him discard with every hit. You know, sort of like a reverse Sturmgeist. Or a more sensitive Guul Draz Specter. Simple! Elegant! Not confusing in terms of how to use it!

Saskia - TO Build-a-deck

True Conviction turns an unblocked Saskia by herself into a 24 life swing each combat.
I also like the free doubling given to Avenging Druid, Hunting Cheetah, Hypnotic Specter, Soltari Visionary, Abyssal Specter, Mana Skimmer, Entropic Specter, and others.

And because I just couldn't help myself, I did some oracle text searches to find some other interesting stuff: Vicious Shadows, Sudden Impact, Stormbreath Dragon, Sturmgeist, Spiraling Embers, Soramaro, First to Dream, Runeflare Trap, Recurring Insight, Molten Psyche, Master the Way, Laquatus's Creativity, Kagemaro, First to Suffer, Jace's Archivist, Gaze of Adamaro, Entropic Specter, Aeon Chronicler, and Adamaro, First to Desire.

Depends on the way you like to play and what cards you're interested in, but here's a list of what I'd trim to consolidate the theme a bit.
Mindcrank - not really going to win games and can work against you if the player is graveyard based
Mind Stone - I tend to not ramp as much as other people, so this is probably personal opinion but without a way to recur it seems a little weak
Entropic Specter weakest of your specters, especially considering it's conditional discard
Control Magic, Stolen Identity, Supplant Form - cutting subtheme
Counterspell, Chaos Warp - not enough support and don't necessarily fit the theme
Blade of Selves - this one I go back and forth with. I use it, but it gets weaker the less opponents you have and I'd say is better with ETB effects, but that's just me
Not that you're looking to add anything, but Myojin of Night's Reach would work well (spirit is close right?)
Same goes for Mindslicer, but is a bit more uncontrollable
Unless you're dead set on the damage Blightning does, Syphon Mind gets you more for your money

An easy cut is Transguild Courier. It's color identity is WUBRG.
Glacial Chasm can also go, since your deck is okay with using creatures to chump.
I am unsure about Keeper of Progenitus as it only helps your forests but other players' forests, mountains, AND plains.
Meteorite is weak ramp, but I can understand keeping it if it is for flavor reasons.
Same goes for Bubble Matrix.
Additionally, in all zones other than the battlefield, Entropic Specter is a 0/0 because it requires a choice to determine its power and toughness.
Other things include Sasaya, Orochi Ascendant, Alloy Myr, Leaden Myr, and Silver Myr.
These are my 10 suggestions for cuts. As I do not have much experience running The Mimeoplasm EDH, these suggestions are only from my observations of the deck structure, so take them as you will. Also, find spots for Dreamborn Muse and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth.
