So there's quite a lot going on here, obviously. We have a Twin package, but we also have quite a thorough Twin-hate package. Well, more of a Modern hate package, I suppose! Abrupt Decay, Cryptic Command, a main-deck [[Scavenging Ooze]... There's even a Twin target that beats Decay in Breaching Hippocamp , which is just savage!
