wow, a standard legal EDH deck. I've been toying with the idea of an infect edh deck but i've found it's just not really viable at the moment.
you need to look at some of the other stuff out there and get some more powerful cards, and definately more pump spells. the following cards would definately improve this deck: Untamed Might Plague Wind Nim Deathmantle Livewire Lash Adventuring Gear
also, the vatmother could realisticly kill you in edh.
i'm assuming you're going to put in Glissa, the Traitor in as your general?
If you're willing to go away from standard cards, I recommend Snake Cult Initiation . Put it on one of your infect creatures. They'll deal the normal poison damage plus three poison counters.

Cool deck, but I'd replace Phyrexian Rager with something else to fit the theme.
