Heard of the Oathbreaker format and wanted to give it a try by making an Angrath deck based on targeted removal via cards like Act of Treason and Angrath's -3. While also forcing them to discard lots and punish them for doing so. I'm not very good at crafting decks just yet so suggestions would be really appreciated.
