Modern Populate (Modern MTG Deck)

This is a modern version of the first deck I ever built. I've always had a soft spot for Selesnya Tokens, partly because it always annoyed my first play-group. And now that Huatli, Radiant Champion is coming out I felt the urge to put my decklist on here. I'd love to hear what you all think about it.

Post Testing Changes — Nov. 8, 2018

Edit

After quite a bit of testing the changes that ticksam proposed on X-mage, I have decided to change the sideboard. Fracturing Gust has been removed as well as one copy of Sundering Growth. They have been replaced with two copies of Knight of Autumn. The copy of Trostani, Selesnya's Voice has also been taken out and replaced with a Sorin, Solemn Visitor. to help with lifegain against aggro.
