Karn's Bastion for Proliferate. Shalai, Voice of Plenty. Fangren Firstborn is great once he gets a few counters to boost his defense.
If you have something that throws counters on creatures when they enter the battlefield, especially if you can add counters or Proliferate, you can really change the board with Scepter of Celebration or Pollenbright Wings

I'd add Llanowar Reborn to your lands. Retreat to Kazandu, Fangren Firstborn, Ranger Class, Thrive and Rite of Passage are some nice counter additions.
The Ozolith to recycle your +1/+1's.
You probably have enough elves to make Immaculate Magistrate an ok card to add and give Rings of Brighthearth another thing to target.
You have enough mana ramp to make Decree of Savagery a possible win con.
Vastwood Surge is ramp with more counters.
Myojin of Life's Web and Praetor's Council or Weird Harvest makes a nice refresh of your board state.
As for what to take out... (I hate trying to decide) but some standouts would be
- - Avenger of Zendikar plant specific counters
- - Kura, the Boundless Sky token not counters
- - The Tarrasque Big green stompy but that's all
- - Life and Limb makes all your critters base 1/1 with Ashaya, Soul of the Wild widens your army but brings down the height

You don't want to be sacrificing your beasts, the only win condition in your deck is attacking a lot with a lot of beasts. So I would either remove Ravenous Baloth or add Blossoming Bogbeast . Those 2 together are a wicked combo.
A few other good beasts that come to mind are Fangren Firstborn , Garruk's Harbinger , Nullhide Ferox , Questing Beast , and Ursapine . If your friends play counter-spell decks, consider Terra Stomper , or Spellbreaker Behemoth .

More lands imo. Also more big ramp... seems like Vorinclex is a big target for removal, so ramping up to 15+ mana a turn seems like the way to go.
I think the biggest problem is that you're splitting themes and trying to jam infect. A lot of seemingly powerful cards don't have synergy with the rest of the deck. Only ~12 cards directly create +1/+1 counters. So (eg.) Hardened Scales really does nothing.
...Cut incidental Infect:
-1Viridian Corrupter, -1Spinebiter
-1Phyrexian Swarmlord... I love this card but, even when you're all in on infect it isn't that good...
(I think the other infect cards with 5+ power as soft, 2-card combos with your commmander are viable).
...Cut fatties with no evasion:
-1Renata, Called to the Hunt... if you're interested in playing "go-wide + pump" this could be good, but not better than Bloodspore Thrinax
-1Rampaging Baloths... incidental 4/4s aren't worthwhile
-1Crowned Ceratok... +1Champion of Lambholt
-1Ulvenwald Hydra... no synergy
-1Primordial Hydra... +1Managorger Hydra
When choosing cards ask yourself: (1) Does it work with my commander? (2) Does it work with my theme? (3) Is it strong enough with no synergy to play 1v3? (eg. Rampant Growth, Sylvan Library, etc.)

Creatures with Fabricate would give you the option of a counter or an extra creature to put a counter on
I see a lot of cross-over between this deck and my non-budget There Are No Green Angels deck. I hadn't thought of putting in an Iridescent Hornbeetle . My favorite token creator is Pollenbright Wings . The two together could spawn a horde.

Also I like Fangren Firstborn for a similar effect to your Oran-Reif land, but it's a bit more reliable imo in terms of its recursion.
Wirewood Savage is another good one; any deck no matter how strong it is needs some card draw to prevent topdecking.

Just at a glance I would say decrease the number of instants and increase your enchantments and artifacts. Not by a lot, but just move some things around. Like adding in Forced Adaptation
Have you considered Fangren Firstborn for this deck? Or Battlefront Krushok ? How about Bred for the Hunt ? Managorger Hydra ? Just throwing cards at you really.
Also, you might want to change up your lands. I didn't see a lot in the way of basic land boosts (that is, cards that have increased power for every basic land you have) so maybe try something like Oran-Rief, the Vastwood
Full honesty? I'm way too tired right now to be making coherent recommendations but my brain won't let me sleep until I tell you about those <$3 cards that could help change up your game. (Please note: I do not know your playstyle so my recommendations could be way off the mark on how you like to play)
