This is a singleton deck made for the Weekday Magic event the first week of August, 2021. Most of the ideas in this came from drafting Adventures in the Forgotten Realms. I tried not to use TOO many rares and mythics, Planeswalkers notwithstanding. It's also MOSTLY Standard 2022 legal ( Narset of the Ancient Way , I'm looking at you and Ashiok, Nightmare Muse ). Besides the 'Walkers, most of the rares could be swapped for another card you have that does something a little bit similar. In fact, there are plenty of cards leaving standard that would probably be upgrades. Poet's Quill could be Shadowspear . Grim Bounty could be Eat to Extinction or Heartless Act . The list goes on.

The general game plan is to out-value your opponent with early card advantage creature plays by leveraging the "learn" mechanic, inherent treasure/ramp synergies, and through raw card value. Once you get out of the early game, seek to stabilize with Planeswalkers, sweepers, and point removal. All of the Planeswalkers provide value through draw, onboard removal, or by protecting themselves. Protect the 'Walkers and Mangara, the Diplomat with more removal, and counterspells. As a funny way to break long games, Search for Glory can be used to fetch up Faceless Haven
