This is my attempt at a five color commander Doctor deck. The hard part is getting down to just a hundred. :)

Ultimately, this deck's big win con is Gallifrey Stands, which makes it an obvious target for gameplay. SO besides that, maybe some swinging. Still looking! Any advice to help build this would be great!
