I created this deck several years ago when the persistent petitioners first released. I always liked mill as a strategy and fell in love with the persistent advisors. The name of the game is simple. Play Persistent Petitioners and mill the opposition by turning your board sideways. I have some enchantments that can help speed up the mill process. If you are lucky and get Laboratory Maniac or Jace, Wielder of Mysteries in hand, perhaps you can mill yourself and quickly draw out. Instants typically exist just to enable some control on the board. No tutors exist in this deck as its made for a more casual playgroup. I was never a fan of tutors or board wipes.

The deck would obviously benefit highly from adding Bruvac the Grandiloquent as the commander but I made this deck before he was released and he is rather expensive so I don't own him in paper.
