Mill/control with gilder bairn Help wanted!

Try to control (against aggro) or mill (against slow) for a few turns until planeswalkers and gilder bairn come out. Use gilder bairn to copy loyalty counters, counters on grindclock or mage ring network and unleash ultimates quickly and kick ass. This played well at scout camp, but as a consoler/area director I'm older than most-I played against someone much more experienced and a fews older with mill v mill. He won 2-1 and the one loss was mainly due to being mana screwed and my luck at milling all his mana away. I think it needs some serious tweaking, but I'm not sure what to do.

I've been changing this deck quite a bit, out comes gilder bairn and all it's targets, mind funeral. In comes: 2 fatal pushes, 2 ensnaring bridges, 4 glimpse, 4 surgical, 4 fraying sanity, 3 field of ruin,
