This deck fools around with counters- age counters, manifestation counters, charge counters, +1/+1 counters, -1/-1 counters. Sometimes they'll be taken off, sometimes they'll be increased.

Quicksilver Fountain and Strata Scythe work well together.

There are 13 non-basic lands in the deck to thin the deck out and increase my chances of drawing something good.

The general idea of the deck is to win through commander damage with Chisei.
