For this "Bad Tribe" I chose the tribe with the most decks on EDHREC that also still fit the technical rules of what a bad tribe is in this competition. I am going with a new legendary hydra to be our tribal commander and I don't think Hydras are usually this budget, so I think I've managed to build a unique and fun deck despite the tribes popularity.
