Ah..another Godzilla fan. I see you are a person of culture as well :). +1 alone just for the awesome deck theme and for the time taken to find and put some pretty spot on cards into the deck.
One thing that I see lacking though is the military vehicles. Even if they were mostly used as a way to add in some explosions, they were always present during the monster fights. You could use:
Smuggler's Copter for the helicopters
Ballista Charger for those beam trucks
Any of Mizzium Tank, Irontread Crusher, or Demolition Stomper for the mizzle trucks/tanks
and there are plenty of jet fighter options between Sky Skiff, Aethersphere Harvester, and Heart of Kiran.
If you want to include the most recent Godzilla movie, then Parhelion II can serve as Monarch's capitial airship.

For me, I found that I got more benefit out of cards with prowess than heroic. Reason being is that you can target the one creature with heroic and get that ability once, but if you have prowess then the rest of the creatures get a benefit too. Striking a balance is key.
To that end, I would recommend Strongarm Monk and Dragon-Style Twins for some top of the curve creatures. Mizzium Tank is also decent since it will crew itself when you cast an instant or sorcery as well as gets bigger when you do, and can avoid a lot of creature sweepers.
Lastly, I like Scroll of the Masters in my own deck since it can buff up an unblocked creature pretty massively when you consider how many instants and sorceries you'd cast in this kind of deck.

Not technically a +1/+1 counter, but yes. Mizzium Tank will get +1/+1 until end of turn for each non-creature spell you cast.
