Frenzied Baloth has a lot of abilities but the vast majority of them are only extremely-situationally relevant. It is not part of the 50 most played creatures in standard, and obviously sees no play in any other formats, so the card can hardly be considered overpowered at all.
9 mana to cast a creature like Zacama, Primal Calamity is extremely steep. In modern most 6-7 cost creatures like Primeval Titan or Griselbrand just win the game immediately. Note also that in practically all formats you wouldn’t ever want to cast a card costing this much mana, because the cost its just too high. This card has the effects you should expect for something costing a whopping 9 mana.
I feel you need to find a way to apply objective metrics to determine a cards power, instead of relying on your own intuition/judgement (which, with all-die respect, seems flawed). Check out card play-rates in formats, for example. Overpowered cards are typically either over-represented in one-or-more formats, or have been banned in one-or-more formats. They’ll often also show up in decks that are just doing “goodstuff” (i.e. decks without any coherent gameplan other than just trying to out-value the opponent).

Thanks, I am not a huge fan of Cultivator Colossus mainly because it needs lands in hand to be useful (often 3+ to be comparable to Titan), and it also doesn't win the game on the spot, at a higher CMC than Primeval Titan, which often will.
If I wanted to avoid surgical more than I already do (Dryad + Analyst can already win on their own), I would probably add Scapeshift or Lumra, Bellow of the Woods back in, but I don't want to add back the second Lotus Field which enables the Scapeshift lines, and with only 1 lotus, lumra is like a colossus basically, really reliant on some outside factors to be good.
Analyst is slightly better mostly because it does its job from the grave, and can be used as ramp early then won with later. I would only run 1 of the graveyard creatures, with my minimalist package right now, and analyst just lines up better into hate and removal.

Scapeshift, Primeval Titan, Azusa, Lost but Seeking, Explore, Golos, Tireless Pilgrim, Arboreal Grazer, Spelunking, Dryad of the Ilysian Grove would be some cards that are fun.
Springheart Nantuko is such a fun card to build around. there are some many combos i can think of that would be fun with it assuming you trigger the landfall trigger and play for the bestow cost. bestowing it on Arboreal Grazer would make you empty your hand of all lands, bestowing it on Azusa, Lost but Seeking or Dryad of the Ilysian Grove allows you to play an infinite amount of lands, and Golos, Tireless Pilgrim or Primeval Titan as it would allow you to automatically play all the lands in your library... though you would need Spelunking or Amulet of Vigor to make the lands enter untapped. if you really wanna some jank infinite combo, bestow it on Scute Swarm and have Ashaya, Soul of the Wild for infinite scute swarms and landfall triggers. i think the most janky combo i can think of with this card would be Life and Limb, Yavimaya, Cradle of Growth, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, and Mind Bend. if valakut and yavimaya are on the battlefield and you mind bend valakut to replace the mountain text with forest. you can bestow any of your lands and have valakut ping an infinite number of times.
anyways, Springheart Nantuko combo tangent aside, i highly recommend adding either Crucible of Worlds, Conduit of Worlds, Ramunap Excavator, Perennial Behemoth, and/or Walk-In Closet / Forgotten Cellar as it would allow you to recast your fetch lands from your graveyard every turn.

@Caerwyn: Exactly. I'd argue that free mana (excepting Lotus Petal
maybe) is inherently OP. Notice that the Power Nine includes no fewer than six free mana artifacts. Would it make a lot of people who have Mana Crypt or Jeweled Lotus happy? Obviously it didn't. (Jeweled Lotus in particular is literally worthless now, but that's the cost of thinking of Magic cards as an "investment". The same thing happened to comic books in the 90s and nearly destroyed the industry.)
The RC can't make everyone happy. I'm still smarting over the ban on Primeval Titan and later, Sylvan Primordial; I'm eyeing Overlord of the Hauntwoods with skepticism because it so reminds me of PT. (At the time my reasoning was that ramp at six or seven mana isn't bannable when mana accel for free is still in the game; all mana accel is very dependent on mana cost.) But I understand why the ban was done, and you know? These new bans suggest the RC is starting to agree with me, by simply banning Mana Crypt and the like as well.

Lair of the Hydra is good because it is incidental. It works as win-con only because it doubles as a land, because as a creature, it's far bellow the curve.
I'd recommend playing something more solid to ramp into as well. You already play Cliffhaven Kitesail and Grafted Exoskeleton to support Lair of the Hydra. But those cards could be replaced with functional win-cons or protection instead, cutting your potentially dead cards. You could look at Primeval Titan if you want to further support Lair of the Hydra, but there are plenty of bangers for green ramp.
Also, since you have 8 cards that untaps lands, I think you could add Utopia Sprawl as another way to accelerate your mana.

Exoflo, thanks for your comment. I took a look at that deck, and I saw Augur of Autumn. I'm thinkin I'll replace Fanatic of Rhonas with that!
I'll only add creatures, so the artifacts and enchantments suggested are a no-go. Primeval Titan is banned, or else I would totally use it! Cultivator Colossus is interesting, but I'm afraid I wouldn't have enough if any lands in hand at that stage to take advantage of its triggered ability.
If Jetmir's Garden came in untapped I would use it, but I avoid come-into-play-tapped lands
Thanks again!

Here are my suggestions buddy !
Draw : Guardian Project,The Great Henge,Tireless Tracker,Horn of Greed
Double mana : Nyxbloom Ancient
Huge monster : Cultivator Colossus,Primeval TitanAvenger of Zendikar
And Jetmir's Garden is also nice
I've found a similar decklist years ago and still play it (Zacama is Nutz) if you want to give a check. Anyway, you made a very good brew here and enjoy the game !

I really need to go through and update the deck’s description (lots has changed since ban update) but really liking my new concept of Burning-Rune Demon + Persist tech to get Primeval Titan in hand with a threat on board. Might actually be better than the namesake card against removal, since we don’t need extra mana for Tolaria West shenanigans.
Still playing around with numbers, and I do sort of miss Elvish Reclaimer as well, going to keep playtesting before revamping the entire description.
