Of all tribal decks in EDH, one stands above them all: lands tribal. The only nonland card in our deck is the commander, Primeval Titan (The commander use to be golos but then he was banned, so if we are going to cheat we might as well cheat like a complete Chad).

How the Deck works

The first land we will fetch with Prime Time will almost always be Sanctum of Eternity ( the only reason we will not fetch the sanctum is if its in our hand or already in play). It will allow us to bounce Prime Time to our hand and replay him every turn. From there we can then find an engine land. Field of the Dead makes us zombies, Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle essentially us over 60 copies of Lightning Bolt. Dark Depths and Thespian's Stage give us a 20/20 with flying and indestructible. Thespian's Stage and Vesuva can copy our best land. LAst Cabal Coffers with Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth essentially double our mana, allowing us to power out multiple prime times a turn or putting a lot of mana into a Kessig Wolf Run.

When we crack a Myriad Landscape, crack a Blighted Woodland, Ghost Quarter our own mountain, or crack a Krosan Verge, we can fetch mountains to essentially trigger Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle or Field of the Dead at instant speed. (Note that Krosan Verge only has four valid mountain targets: Cinder Glade, Sacred Foundry, Ketria Triome, and Raugrin Triome). Last Terrain Generator can be used to put a basic land into play straight from our hand.
Petrified Field is a one shot land that can recovery any land in our graveyard. But we can do better than that, with Mistveil Plains. If we get two white tokens from Memorial to Glory or Castle Ardenvale, we can activate Mistveil Plains to put a land from our graveyard into our deck. Then Prime Time can fetch that land wen we play him. With this, we can recur our instant speed lands, or get back an engine land some salty player blew up. Please do note, however, that the deck runs very few white sources, so you will probably have to fetch a white source out before you can activate Mistveil Plains.
Maze of Ith, Kor Haven, Prahv, Spires of Order can all take out an attacker. Prahv, Spires of Order can also stop a Niv-Mizzet, Parun from pinging you to death. Glacial Chasm lets us fog through every combat, and it can be recurred with Mistveil Plains. Arena provides repeated removal by letting Prime Time deck a creature once a turn. Last, Blast Zone can blow stuff up while Vault of the Archangel and Witch's Clinic provide life gain.
We run a couple cards that can help Prime time Voltron up and get in some damage, or let our opponents swing in for more damage. They are Kessig Wolf Run, Sunhome, Fortress of the Legion, Slayers' Stronghold, and Rogue's Passage. If we cast Prime time a bunch from the command zone (which is quite possible with Cabal Coffers essiantially doubling our mana), then Opal Palace makes him huge. Last, Tyrite Sanctum gives us a way to gradually grow a creature, and more importantly allows us to make Prime Time a god.
Safe Haven can give us a free Prime Time search at the start of our turn. High Market can put Prime Time back into the command zone so we can play him again. Mirrorpool can give us a Prime Time token.
