I'm looking for ideas still on how I can make this deck better. Any suggestions on what could be added would be appreciated. I have been making a lot of changes back and forth with this deck, although I'm having trouble on what I want it to finally look like.Help would be appreciated as I want to make this deck as fast as possible so that I can get out cards like World Breaker earlier.

Some of the things I'm wondering are:

Whether or not I should be using 4 World Breakers rather than 3.

Whether I should take cards like Altar's Reap, and or Sylvan Scrying out. I have these mainly as a means to find a Westvale Abbey   sooner. They also get me a card type for making Emrakuk, the Promised End a little less costly to cast. For a similar reason I also recently thought I would give 2x From Beyond a try since they can find either Emrakul or Ulamog and get an enchantment in the graveyard.

Whether or not I should keep Nissa, Voice of Zendikar in this deck. Now I don't even own a copy of her yet for the actual deck but I'm wondering if they should stay.

Should I adjust the number of Sanctum of Ugins? I'm also wondering whether or not I should be using 3-4x Shrine of the Forsaken Gods.

I feel like this deck has potential to do very well at my local game store as cards like Languish are not used much, and soon Languish is gone anyways. The only threats I still would face really would be Kozilek's Return and Chandra, Flamecaller. Next rotation I'm wondering whether or not I should be using Distended Mindbender in this deck.
