Sacrifice mountains to the Goblin Lord!

This is my first EDH deck, but one that I have been planning for a long time. Mostly, the deck takes advantage of Ib Halfheart, Goblin Tactician and his ability to produce goblin tokens by getting rid of your mountains. Almost half of the deck is made up of Mountain cards, allowing for plenty of goblins to send to the front lines. Aside from that strategy, this deck is meant to be overwhelming with cheap creatures that attack as much as possible. There are also a large amount of burn cards to keep enemy creatures at bay.

I do not own all of the cards for this, so this is really just a blueprint for what I would like to accomplish. :)
