Inspired by tolarian community college's Tamiyo Sliver deck (obviously). I decided to gut my sliver EDH deck which was 5 color and condensed it down to this to get abzan colored slivers under Tamiyo with finale of devastation getting any sliver I need from the library or graveyard.
