I'm trying to make a fun red/blue (mainly) deck which focuses on instants and sorceries. I want to centre my deck around Melek, Izzet Paragon and dealing cheap damage with Guttersnipes!

CONCERNS

• Alpha Brawl might be too expensive for what it does...
• Uncovered Clues might not be that needed, as I have Melek, Izzet Paragon
• Are Spellheart Chimera even that good?

COMBOS

• Curiosity + Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind = instawin?
• Curiosity + Guttersnipe = awesome combo??
• Also, Arjun, the Shifting Flame + Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind should be a great combo. If I got 7 cards in my hand, play a sorcery I deal 6 damage when I draw 6 new cards!
• Rite of Replication is nice when kicked if I have 1 or more Guttersnipes out. That means that the next spell I cast will deal 2*6 damage to my opponent!

• Jace, the Mind Sculptor

• Ral Zarek or Chandra, the FirebrandCARDS

• maybe consider Ravaging Blaze

• Comet Storm cool !
• Halimar Depths might be a nice land
• Jace's Sanctum + Library of Leng + Melek, Izzet Paragon could be great as well
• Mystic Confluence is a nice all around card
• Pyromancer's Goggles will copy spells nicely!
• Mizzix of the Izmagnus should be awesome!
• Stormcaller of Keranos is nice for cycling cards...
• Spellbook or Thought Vessel would really support the whole draw a lot of cards thing...
• Should I get Delver of Secrets?
• Young Pyromancer could take this deck in an interesting direction...
• Rite of Replication + Teleportal Is a nice combo!
• Elixir of Immortality is a cool card. Might be useful if i risk running out of cards!
• Goblin Electromancer this card seem reeeeally powerful!
• Keranos, God of Storms Should be good in a mill deck
• Sulfur Falls or Swiftwater Cliffs seem like a good land
• Dictate of Kruphix should be great in a mill deck.
• Insurrection could be good against heavy creatures
