I wanted to make a "Pauper Commander" deck as a challenge to myself for MTGO. I chose a white uncommon legendary creature as my commander, and then limited myself to cards that had been printed as a common at some point, as with Pauper. This is the result, a Mono-White Spirit/Arcane deck.
