Very in-progress version of an Oathbreaker deck. General is Narset, Parter of Veils and signature spell is Mystical Tutor. The idea is to tutor up counters or amass spells in order to secure your board state and win via either tokens or milling out via Jace, Wielder of Mysteries . Narset's static ability is also good for this as you can always mill your opponents some with cards like Psychic Corrosion and control their hand from there. This deck is still a work in progress though, so if anyone has suggestions I'd love to hear them!
