yeah that happens. there are always cards you dont think of. also Chameleon Colossus is just amazing. card:Gaea's Anthem could be good here as well

Unless you are going for extreme ramp or tribal, kamahl if your best bet. I think a Kessig Cagebreakers would be awesome here. (with kamahl that is).
Throw in Deadly Recluse , Explosive Vegetation , Yavimaya Elder Drumhunter , Harmonize Quest for Renewal Ancient Ooze Hydra Omnivore and some eldrazis and other green monsters
