All of the steps that are done that goes into enforcing the law. This is meant to be a flavor deck and isn't meant to be top tier. Any suggestions are helpful as I may have missed something. I obviously haven't looked into the mana base at the moment. I'll have to take a look at azorius lands in the future.

The main win condition is Azor's Elocutors and our other creatures are meant to protect the people until you've filibustered. But make sure you've solved the Murder Investigation first and Arrest the culprit!
