Tainted Immortality(Healing your Opponent to Death) Modern. Prototype build around Magic Origins' Tainted Remedy. This deck heals your opponent to death, disrupts plays, and prevents attacks. While Tainted Remedy is in the battlefield, Beacon of Immortality gives you a instant-player killer which drains your opponent's entire life rather than doubling it. All the cards in this deck supports your wincons by providing a layer of protection against counters/removals and halts attacks by clearing the battlefield and removing threats.Instant / Sorcery / EnchantmentTainted Remedy (TR) - The backbone of this deck. Rather than gain life, my opponents lose life instead.Beacon of Immortality (BoI) - The rules state its effect is technically life gain. This is an instant killer. My opponent will lose the same amount of life it would have gain if it wasnt for TR. Rest for the Weary - With landfall, my opponent or me can gain 8 life. When TR is out, my opponent can lose 8 life instead. Esper Charm - One the best charms out there. You can draw 2 or make your opponent discard 2. Condemn - A cheap creature removal. Interacts with TR. Path to Exile - A cheap creature removal. Mana Leak - A reliable counter. Spell Snare - Cheap counter Spell Pierce - Cheap counter. Serum Visions - A reliable cantrip. LandCelestial Colonnade - A manland with a punch. Use this to chip away damage from your opponent. You may not even need your ultimate wincon to beat your opponent.Creeping Tar Pit - Another manland for the win. Polluted Delta - This can fetch my needed Island, Plains, or Swamp basic/shock lands. Flooded Strand - This can fetch my needed Island, Plains, or Swamp basic/shock lands. Marsh Flats - This can fetch my needed Island, Plains, or Swamp basic/shock lands. Godless Shrine - Sometimes I need that one black or white mana to pull something off. Watery Grave - A needed shock land for this deck. Hallowed Fountain - A needed shock land for this deck. Overgrown Tomb A needed shock land for this deck. Boseiju, Who Shelters All - This gives my instant/sorcery wincons (like BoI) protection from counters. SideboardLeyline of Sanctity - If in my opponent hand, I can cast it for free. This gives me hexproof against my opponents spells like burn, mill, and discard.Dispel - Cheap instant counter. Torpor Orb - This is meant for strong ETB-based decks like Hatebear or Splinter Twin. Stony Silence - This is meant to disrupt heavily depended artifact decks like Affinity or Thron. Greater Auromancy - This gives my enchantments another layer of protection. Rest in Peace Removes graveyard from GY depended decks or delve. Grafdigger's Cage Prevents anything from being cast from the graveyard or the library (like Collected Company). My Other Decks:
