As Call to Arms enters the battlefield, choose a color and an opponent.
White creatures get +1/+1 as long as the chosen color is the most common color among nontoken permanents the chosen player controls but isn't tied for most common.
When the chosen color isn't the most common color among nontoken permanents the chosen player controls or is tied for most common, sacrifice Call to Arms.

to your Call to Arms I'd like to cast Ice Cauldron Just cause if your gonna cast a confusing card lets make it so confusing we all get a headache! I like this list thing alot, much quicker than scryfall advanced searching possibly. Madness should be right there next to discard btw!

I cast Call to Arms, not even knowing what it does: eyessky, Daarkest, PooperDix, PauperPower, PoorManSam and Podkomorka you all might like this, and if you can think of anything else nifty to add, please speak up! =)

I feel like you have an aggressive deck, but it comes out too late without any control to back it up.
You will struggle turns 1,2,3, and sometimes 4.
Turns 5,6,7 you will be doing alright, but if you had a bad 1,2,3,4 you will be playing catch up on 4,6,7.
Turn 8,9,10. You don't have anything to carry you except Raksha and Jedit.
I play tested about 7 or 8 times and only drew one piece of equipment
A strong addition, if you can more reliably acquire equipment, Kemba, Kha Regent
This deck would do better with faster lands. I found myself trapped for mana sometimes until turn five because of the double lands.
Now I say all this, but I'm rusty. I forget what five + player multiplayer games are like.
Drawing mechanics or fetching mechanics would help.

From what I am aware of, there are a few matters for me to point out to make this more competitive in the current meta modern is in. 1) Reduce the land count to 19. Upon play testing (and I have play tested 20-30 times now) i tend to end up flooded, and your CMC is 3.05 (spike due to Sandwurm Convergence). Based on what the rest of this essay has to offer, 19 is more than sufficient. 2) You need to find faster responses to Pyroclasm and Anger of the Gods. I feel that Fresh Meat is too slow for this. 3) Your best removal spell you have open to you is Beast Within. There are stronger removal spells you may have over looked that will be mentioned soon. 4) You rely so much on your mana combo that just dies to Lightning Bolt or Path to Exile. And lastly, 5) you have no game 1 shock or Tron answers.
So how can ths be fixed? Well, first the 19 mana drop is possible upon dropping Sandwurm Convergence and running White and playing Sprout. First off, Sprout is the reset. It is the answer to Pyroclasm and Anger of the Gods. Secondly, I know what you are thinking. "Why White?" "This is mono green, why would I ever consider white?" Well, for starters white has the best removal spell in modern, Path to Exile. Sure, it's 7 dollars but it holds that price tag for a reason. It kills everything but BW Tokens. Delver? Path. Any Tron creature baddie? Path. Infect? Path. Path. Path. Path. Now Dismember is a cheaper cost and can keep you mono green, you just have to pay 4 life to kill something. White also includes (but not limited to) Intangible Virtue and Anointed Procession. These 2 cards can turn your saps from a sap tribal into a GW Token Stompy type strategy that includes, Rhonas's Last Stand, Thragtusk, Call to Arms and Voice of Resurgence. White also holds the power to provide strong side board options like Qasali Pridemage, Nevermore, Stony Silence, Rest in Piece and the white COUNTERSPELL Mana Tithe. This will require you to pick up Windswept Heaths, Temple Gardens, Canopy Vista, Fortified Village, and maybe Scattered Groves. This will drop the CMC to about 2.5 or so which makes 19 lands fine.
Other ideas: Mainboard Ghost Quarter, Add Primal Vigor and Coat of Arms, Side Board a Choke or 2. As for Jade MageI don't think it is something to think about, she just dies way too quickly, and costs 3 to even make a sap.

Deck looks pretty good, the biggest issue with it is the land count as you pointed out in the description. Most of my decks run around 36ish lands depending on the mana curve and how much ramp there is. I can make afew suggestions about cuts to make room for them. As a side note, when you are playing EDH your commander is technically supposed to be a legendary creature (like Brimaz, King of Oreskos. If your friends don't mind you using Elspeth, I wouldn't worry about changing it but wanted to let you know. Also since mox lotus is from unhinged, it isn't legal in commander (again if your friends don't mind you using it, don't worry about it.) Anyway here are some potential cuts:
Eldrazi Displacer: You don't have many sources of colorless mana for it's ability so more times than not you won't be able to use it. Unless you want to add more sources, i'd cut him.
Memnite: Yes he's free but short of odd combos, it's generally not worth it. It oftentimes cant attack due to the opponent just playing a slightly bigger creature and late game you should have enough mana anyway.
Lifegain cards: Unless you have strong synergy with gaining life, it's often times not worth it as if the reason you need to gain life is you are getting beat down by creatures, you would want to draw an answer to those creatures rather than just buying you time to draw that answer. I think you can cut Ajani's Pridemate, Apothecary Initiate, Angel's Feather, Graveyard Shovel
Soulfire Grand Master: While its a good card, you can't actually activate it's ability and even if you could you are not allowed to run this in your deck. Due to its ability it has a white/blue/red color identity whereas your commander is only white.
Eternal Scourge: Good in combo decks, not as much elsewhere
Conjurer's Closet dont think you have enough enter the battlefield abilities to take advantage of this card
Grinding Station If your plan is to win through damage this seems out of place. This card normally only fits into dedicated mill decks. You also don't use your own graveyard enough to want to target yourself
Perpetual Timepiece ditto
Call to Arms often times is situational
Celestial Dawn doesn't help you that much
Enduring Renewal okay in combo decks but here it might hurt you more than it helps
Quarantine Field You currently have it listed twice
Devout Lightcaster In a game without anyone playing black it doesnt do much.
Erase you already have a lot of ways to deal with enchantments
Ornithopter doesn't do a huge amount by itslef
Reciprocate not the best here since you have to have been dealt damage before you can use this card
Angelic Edict high mana cost for what it does
You already have enough graveyard hate.Might need to cut a few more after these but it should be most of the cuts you need. Hope this helps!
