Refilling the hand

So, I'm having trouble with one of my decks (I feel like if I name specifics, I'd get this sent to Deck Help, but really it's more of a general advice thing) going in too quickly and always kinda heading into topdeck mode.

What are some good, budget-friendly ways to keep yourself at a decent hand size? Off the top of my head, I know Rhystic Study and Mystic Remora , but after that I'm drawing a blank, and that's two cards out of ninety-nine.

Future Sight can act like a pseudo hand, Windfall and friends can quickly refill your hand, or any X draw spell like Mind Spring or Sphinx's Revelation . Green has a lot of creature dependent draw and black has a lot of Griselbrand style draw.

I use Oloro, Ageless Ascetic as my Commander, I generally get a ton of mana generation, so Baleful Strix , Thopter Foundry , Phyrexian Reclamation and Oloro on the field, has me drawing about 10 cards a turn if I want to.

how is are you drawing 10 cards off Oloro, Ageless Ascetic ? thats a lot of instances of life gain per turn...other than his trigger being 1.

Some edh options:

Mind's Eye , Howling Mine , Font of Mythos , Temple Bell

Standstill , Time Reversal , Rhystic Study , Fact or Fiction , Windfall , Consecrated Sphinx , Diminishing Returns and Jin-Gitaxias, Core Augur are all great if you're in blue. Slithermuse is good too.

Wheel of Fortune , Dragon Mage and Reforge the Soul are good in red.

Drastic Revelation , Nekusar, the Mindrazer in grixis

Pursuit of Knowledge is great in white, especially in combo with other draw mechanics

Lot of stuff that is dependent on the deck strategy. Stuff I have used or encountered, all depending on the deck synergies (unlike the mostly all-round good stuff above):

White: Puresteel Paladin and Mentor of the Meek , these look to synergize with your other stuff. Most of the white draw I have seen wants to interact with your other stuff closely. Other forms of card advantage can help too, like Land Tax and Tithe can potentially pull lands out of the deck to "thin" it to get "better" draws (if you can afford to buy those and have the mana to play them they are great).

Red discards to draw a lot: Wild Guess and Faithless Looting , good if you can use your graveyard, Red likes its risks. Lot of this in Red.

Black can pay life to get crazy draws: Necropotence , Greed , Erebos, God of the Dead , you'll want to be able to counterbalance this somehow, or just kill everyone before it matters, Suicide Black style.

Green does land ramp which is also deck thinning: Kodama's Reach , Cultivate are awesome and inexpensive. Straight-up awesome draw too, but more expensive or double-edged: Greater Good , Rites of Flourishing , Fecundity

Blue doesn't need any help! Just stick Consecrated Sphinx and a billion Clone variants in there and call it a day.

It depends on what the deck is doing. Those are just some random examples of different approaches. Note that the ones I named are mostly reusable, too; enchantments or creature permanents.
