Broodmate Dragon and Utvara Hellkite create more dragons

Dragon Egg is an early defender

Glorybringer and Thunderbreak Regent hit the field earlier thanks to their lower cmc

Ramp

Wild Cantor is here because Birds of Paradise is too costly for the budget, and other mana dorks such as Llanowar Elves only add Forest, which doesn't help with allllll the red

Draconic Disciple or Sarkhan, Fireblood is the ideal turn two play

Sarkhan, Fireblood is incredible here as it provides card advantage and ramp, and can ult for more dragons. I would run 3 off but it takes the budget a little too high.

Dragon's Hoard also provides ramp and card advantage

Fire and Storms

Shivan Fire and Foul-Tongue Invocation provide removal and some life gain to help survive

Crucible of Fire and Dragon Tempest make your Dragons ferocious and terrible and burn the opponent

Crux of Fate is the ultimate finisher
