It is a bit like Brawl, but life start at 30, it use the Commander multi player ban list and your commander is a Plane walker.

Dealing combat damage with a creature make you the Monarch and you then draw a card at the end of the turn. From that point, you need to deal damage to the Monarch if you want to become the Monarch yourself.
