A bit more lore, more council decisions, but in general more "counters count" and scry. With a few changes one could easily make ring tempting more frequent, but in my play groups I noticed everyone just voting for card-draw with Galadriel, Elven-Queen and as the turns on this deck are very long and hence at times not enjoyable for other players at the table, I kept the salt levels in check and did aim for less tempts. It's just a nice-to-have. There's a huge amount of optional commanders in there, if having Galadriel being a 2nd draw per turn is becoming a bit dull.
