Reanimator based on Magic Aids' https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=THAyfs1ELh0&t=317s , which is a Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar and Persist reanimator deck, but with Archon of Cruelty because turn two archon is pretty gangster. Chancellor of the Tangle is the backbone of the deck, as it enables consistent turn 2 Archon of Cruelty or Terastodon to close out the game. In my experience, budget decks get recked by meta decks unless they can win by turn 3-4, and this deck can. Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar is a really cool removal engine, but we win mainly by reanimating stuff and by game 2 you can side multiple copies of her and Ovalchase Daredevil to slot in Pithing Needle to counter GY hate and Planeswalkers, Void Mirror to neutralize Solitude or Force of Negation alt costs, and Thoughtseize and Chancellor of the Annex to slow the opponent even further while we Unmarked Grave + Persist something epic. I added also a Vengeful Pharaoh in the maybeboard as an additional threat which synergizes well with the discard theme, however lately I feel like I always side it out. I have favourable matchups with Izzet, Hammer and obviously Living End decks, good post sideboard matchup with Tron, thanks to Pithing Needle, Chancellor of the Annex and Void Mirror. Against Crashing Footfalls Brazen Borrower is basically removal, so Terastodon some of our stuff to get 17 power or Inkwell Leviathan could be the way to go. Against elementals it's very favourable especially post Sideboard, get Pithing Needle name Teferi, Time Raveler and reanimate Serra's Emissary naming creatures and enjoy the lock. Jund decks you need to mulligan to turn 2-3 Terastodon and hope to not get Thoughtseize (Chancellor of the Annex helps). Relic of Progenitus for GY hate and for removing stuff from our graveyard to make Drown in the Loch weak or snipe Surgical Extraction, but I'm finding good success with Tormod's Crypt, most of the time the zero cmc saves a ton of tempo since I rarely get past 2 lands. Against control Urza's Saga is usually enough to get them and don't forget The Underworld Cookbook second ability to get back Asmoranomardicadaistinaculdacar for some more board presence. Nevinyrral's Disk is also great for prison decks. Worst matchup is Grixis Lurrus or any deck with both Thoughtseize and/or Inquisition of Kozilek. Hope for an explosive hand, like turn 2 Archon of Cruelty, and when in doubt Terastodon for 17 power. In the sideboard there is a toss between Fulminator Mage and Nevinyrral's Disk, the former if you know you'll be going against a lot of tron go for the elemental, otherwise the latter to punish greedy Leyline of the Void mulligans. Phyrexian Obliterator is one of the best alternate wincons, it curves well with a turn 2 Profane Tutor and punishes over sideboard, it combos with the second ability of The Underwold Cookbook plus in the current meta most of removal is damage based, so it cost all of their board. For a more budget version take out the Thoughtseize and add two Bone Shards to the main and four Duress in the sideboard, however there is so much creature interaction (Solitude, Sanctifier en-Vec, Dauthi Voidwalker or just turn one Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer) that to compete with the modern meta decks Thoughtseize is pretty necessary, plus it is a modern staple that probably will always be playable in any black deck.
