I saw Stonebrow and I figured he's a great commander to build from stash. I will replace the creatures with better ones over time, but for the time being, I was able to build a functional budget deck.

I think the sleeves cost more than what I have spent on the deck so far...

I did my best to input the right editions (except for the basic lands, those I don't care about), but I am not 100 % sure.
