A locally sourced crab deck

After testing and playing around with it here's the current version of the deck. It is a little weird playing a mono blue deck with no alternative win-con or counterspells. The equipment subtheme is very fun to play around with and stealing things with Fumble and Grip of Phyresis is very fun. Turns out people generally don't want to attack you if you have enough toughness to block.
