Yeah, you need firebreathing in this as a ready source of manadumps.

Creatures: - Flamekin Brawler - Dragon Egg - Dragon Hatchling - Chartooth Cougar - Everflame Eidolon - Immolating Souleater - Hellkite Overlord - Goblin Fire Fiend - Furnace Whelp - Molten Ravager - Tattermunge Witch

Enchantments: - Firebreathing - Captive Flame - Ghitu Firebreathing - Shiv's Embrace - Dragonrage (Instant, gives all creatures firebreathing)

I would fix your mana base first. Average EDH decks have 45 mana sources, and Tiana definitely needs it, so consider more lands or rocks like Gilded Lotus/Boros Cluestone/Commander's Sphere/Fire Diamond/Marble Diamond etc etc. Fiery Mantle/Dragon Breath could replace Mark of Fury/Goblin War Paint? Guise of Fire/Bonds of Faith/Prophetic Ravings could replace Bloodshed Fever/Hammerhand/Cartouche of Zeal? Graceblade Artisan is a great duplicate of Champion of the Flame, it could replace Favored Hoplite/Call To Serve. If you want more combat map control you could run Goblin Spymaster/Overwhelming Splendor. Immolation/Inferno Fist are good duplicates of Ordeal of Purphoros.

Other than these replacements, I think you made a fine deck. I would include more finishers like Shiv's Embrace/Splinter Twin/Elemental Mastery/Burning Anger/Battle Mastery, or include a combo with Battered Golem/Paradox Engine/Endbringer/Traxos, Scourge of Kroog. I think some weaker finishers in this deck right now are Giant Spectacle/Lightning Reflexes/Madcap Skills/Lightning Talons. And I think Gift of Immortality is alright, but it doesn't protect your auras in extension if a creature-only board wipe happens, so another indestructible spells would be better.

I like the neat combo of Pariah and Tiana, and your enchantment based draw engines + Auratog/Faith Healer is another neat combo. Curse of Opulence is a great include, it's a one drop that adds influences damage away from you and toward your 120 combined life goal. Umbra Mystic/Anax and Cymede/Heavenly Blademaster are also great includes!

One thing to note however is that you could use something like Shiv's Embrace to grant firebreathing to the Scion of the Ur-Dragon and then turn it into Atarka, World Render

For your flying woes, maybe Shiv's Embrace and Vampiric Embrace would be decent options. A one sided wrath effect for flyers would be Tumble, and some planeswalker options that put big fliers in play would be Ob Nixilis of the Black Oath and Sarkhan the Mad although those aren't very tribal. If those don't work for you, I would just d more spot removal.

I usually play with a guy at my local TCG store and when he casts a, for example, Shiv's Embrace on a creature with Heroic, he adds one +1/+1 to other creatures with Heroic, that were not the target of the aura enchantment. Is he wrong?

Small nitpick - and I hope I am not confusing things here - but it's worth mentioning that while casting an Aura does target, if you manage to put that aura onto the battlefield directly without casting it, it will attach itself to something it could enchant without targeting it. This doesn't target so effects that restrict targeting (like shroud or hexproof) don't stop this process. However if a permanent couldn't be legally enchanted by that aura (for example, because it has protection from it) it still cannot.

Examples of this are:

In all these cases, it doesn't matter that the Aura was in your graveyard and library - it matters that it wasn't cast. For example, if I control Karador, Ghost Chieftain and cast a Gnarled Scarhide from my graveyard for its bestow cost, I am still casting it and as such will need to target the creature I want the Scarhide to end up on.

@Squirrel_of_War, Gaea's Revenge and Siege Behemoth are both quite high cmc creatures. I'm trying to keep the cmc of the creatures below 6 where possible to leave mana open to cast spells on them as soon as they enter the battlefield. Gaea also doesn't have trample so it'd have to be played when an opponent doesn't have any chump blockers available.

@papahiggs, Power Matrix doesn't seem like a good fit. All the creatures already have trample and an extra +1 won't make much difference. First strike might keep my creature alive but most times they have enough toughness to survive anyway. In terms of flying I think Shiv's Embrace would be better fit as it can also be used as a red mana dump. Nantuko Mentor on the other hand would be devastating but falls prey to being easily removed in EDH (I also have a thing against old art cards).
