This is a fun budget deck that will let you transform smaller things into much bigger ones. Namely, sea beasts, sphinxes, and eldrazi. The rest of the deck is based on the following things. Control and generating small creatures to sacrifice. You can counter, detain, and bounce your opponents threats and then swing in yourself for a bunch of damage.

There is one infinite combo in the deck. For it, you will need Jalira on board and intruder alarm. The do what you can to get deadeye navigator and peregrine drake on board for infinite mana. With the peregrine drake entering the field, you will get mana and trigger intruder alarm, untapping your creatures, including Jalira. Now you have unlimited activations of Jalira assuming you have enough creatures to sacrifice.
