Ali Aintrazi's Chromatic Black list adapted for Pioneer and my budget/collection. I had so much fun playing the deck on Arena I really want to put it together for Pioneer.

Rough concept is a monoB control shell combining the big mana of Cabal Stronghold with Chromatic Lantern and Mastermind's Acquisition to wish for game winning cards of any color from sideboard or maindeck.

4 x Thoughtseize maindeck, with an aggro removal package and Ugin, the Spirit Dragon as a curve topper and board clear.

Hydroid Krasis is one of the best mana sinks in the format and provides uncounterable card draw and life gain. Ulamog, the Ceaseless Hunger provides a nice double exile effect on casting whether the creature resolves or not.

Maindeck is set up for games verse aggro/creatures. Sideboarding is often taking out less relevant removal for cards that do something against control.
