Helm of the Ghastlord
Enchantment — Aura
Enchant creature
As long as enchanted creature is blue, it gets +1/+1 and has "Whenever this creature deals damage to an opponent, draw a card."
As long as enchanted creature is black, it gets +1/+1 and has "Whenever this creature deals damage to an opponent, that player discards a card."

Memory jar and peer into the abyss are such powerful cards that I would play a copy of them anyway. Plus you can bluff peer to dissuade people from attacking you, as it is just a walking instakill. To counteract these pricier cards, I would play more ramp such as a skyclave relic or one of the signets. Helm of the Ghastlord is another card I forgot to mention.

Burning Inquiry Nekusars Ancestral Recall!
Perplex this has been surprisingly strong in my build.
Helm of the Ghastlord possibly the best aura for Nekusar?
Breathstealer's Crypt cruel and unusual.
Anvil of Bogardan this should be in the main.
Ummm if you are rocking Timetwister you can figure out a way to fit Echo of Eons and Time Spiral into this!

I would cut Font of Mythos, Howling Mine, Master of the Feast and Temple Bell - not one of those cards does enough to win you the game. Forced Fruition is a trap also - it usually reads "let them combo off by giving them every card they need to win on a single turn, without being able to do enough damage to stop them."
Nekusar works best when he is hyper explosive, tossing mass damage on the field through wheels. Instead of wasting your time with these small, incremental damage, you really should be looking to add Dark Deal, Windfall, Winds of Change. Whispering Madness, etc. Teferi's Puzzle Box is another high impact card that should be a must-include. Phyresis, Glistening Oil, and other ways to confer Infect will drastically will increase your odds of winning. Cards like Curiosity add huge card advantage. And auras like Helm of the Ghastlord and Sigil of Sleep can use Nekusar to help lock out opponents.
Cut the lifegain cards like Ivory Tower and Elixir of Immortality, as well as combat-focused cards like Akroma's Memorial. None of those do anything for your actual gameplan.
You also could stand to get your average mana cost down. Seizan, Perverter of Truth, for example, is synergistic, but five mana is steep and the card slot would be better off as a wheel.

Dark Ritual Burning Inquiry Helm of the Ghastlord Otherworld Atlas Folio of Fancies Triskaidekaphile - Midnight Clock

I have replaced Helm of the Ghastlord and Steel of the Godhead with Blind Obedience and Keen Duelist, which reduced this deck's average converted mana cost from 3.94 to 3.89, which is very nice, because the latter cards far better match the theme of this deck than did the former cards.

I have replaced Fists of the Demigod, Helm of the Ghastlord, and Pain Magnification with Angrath's Rampage, Mayhem Devil, and Triskaidekaphile, which reduced this deck's average converted mana cost from 4.44 to 4.40, which is very nice, since this deck has a very high mana curve; the first two cards have strong synergy with the deck's theme, and the latter card is simply a nice card to have, as it is good to have an alternate win condition in a deck with such a high mana curve.

I have replaced Favor of the Overbeing, Gift of the Deity, and Helm of the Ghastlord, which decreased the average converted mana cost of this deck from 3.85 to 3.82, which is very nice, since those cards better match the theme of this deck; in particular, Altar of Dementia gives me an additional way to put creatures into my graveyard and also make my opponents put creatures into their own graveyards, for The Mimeoplasm to copy.

I like some of the cards you have in yours. Mine is Drawing Cards Friendly Like
I know you weren't looking to go as creature focused, but I did hit up some nasty creatures in mine to help body block or draw hate to save me from having to recast my commander as much (another good reason for campfire).
You have way more ramp than me, so maybe cost concerns arent as much of an issue, but there are some cheap and mean combos I've got. Helm of the Ghastlord to ensure they never have a hand. Sigil of Sleep to ensure they never have creatures. Sangromancer I mean, this can net you like 3x7x3 life in one go if you play your cards right.
Personally I found that a number of cards were a bit slow, or less useful and ended up removing them, but like I said you have more ramp, so maybe yours can take it better. Triskaidekaphile when you're cycling hands is unlikely to happen without some combo. Magus of the Jar Just for some reason felt way to slow for it's cost for me, and doesn't even get the discard benefit.
