Official missing/incorrect card/token thread

Please use this thread to keep the site staff aware of cards that are missing from the database.
When you mention a card, please provide a link to the card's information so we can more quickly and easily add it. Additionally, you should mention if only a specific printing is missing.
You can also point out cards with missing or incorrect information (e.g., misspelled names, incorrect mana values in the deck stats, missing associated tokens in playtester, etc.).
That one's likely due to the M19 set's legality not being updated on TappedOut yet. Since the database is user-maintained, it can take a while for legality to be updated, so if you're looking for legality refer to the Gatherer or other sites (such as the official EDH/Commander site) for legality.

Harvester of Souls is missing its Archenemy: Nicol Bolas (EO2) printing. Ghost Quarter is missing its Commander Anthology 2 (CM2) printing.

LT2483 : Ensoul Artifact
rpriske: I have no problem adding Reckless Reveler to inventory.
skimask38 : CM2 Version is broken use any other printing and you will be fine.
RedShirtComics : All those cards are in CM2, which isn't displaying correctly atm. Use any other printing for those card in the meantime.

aromaticity : Cards isn't marked as illegal in legacy, although deck testing shows otherwise. So this is probably some weird bug.
The_Besticle : Added harvester now, although set code is EO1.
Added g-quarter also. But as mentioned above the CM2 set doesn't function correctly on the site.

The TCG pricing is incorrect for it, at least going off of the market price, by about 4 USD

I was able to add Reckless Reveler by setting 'variation' to 0 from the default.
I don't even now what that means, but I don't need to do it for any other card.

Hellsing For some reason when I try to add those cards in a deck list, they don't even show up when I'm typing them in. Is it just the deck list that is messed up or does it have to do with cards themselves?

There are a number of cards that will not auto-complete when you type them into the quick add function. If you type the name directly into the deck list, as long as you spell it correctly it will be added correctly to the deck.

SirFowler & Tsuru-Hime : Yes it seems that is the case. And you can.t find for example In Garruk's Wake with advanced card search function so something with those entries in the database must be incorrect or bugged.
yeaGO Could you maybe take a look at this? The cards mentioned have been discussed several times before eg Generator Servant.

Most of the cards from the Merfolk vs Goblins Duel Deck are missing. Duel Decks: Merfolk vs. Goblins [DDT] shows a total of 14 cards, but the Gatherer list of cards in the set shows over 50. For an individual example, Harbinger of the Tides only shows the ORI and C17 printings, but there is a DDT printing, as shown on Gatherer

Mist-Cloaked Herald is there but missing its art. It appears as a black entry when viewing it on a decklist and when playtesting.
Additionally, an incorrect entry exists called Mist-Cloak Herald (which does have the art).

I found another Commander Anthology 2018 card with a broken image that I didn't see listed above with Flametongue Kavu. Planeshift has Flametongue Kavu, the first Commander set has Flametongue Kavu, so it's just the CM2 stuff. I guess you already knew that, though.

Kobolds of Kher Keep as a token for Kher Keep.
Especially now that a nice new token art has been printed.
In my decks, there's actually 2 Kobolds token options displayed as available in the drop down when play-testing the deck, and they both don't work.

slight issue with a card Lathliss, Dragon Queen apparently this one says its not legal in commander yet the offical site says it is
