@toofast4u2: This looks really cool. I was also considering to go up on Mission Briefing and add one or two copies of Search for Azcanta Flip. Also, upping the count of Chemister's Insight looks nice. By adding these and cutting Anticipate you're getting much needed actual card advantage instead of just filtering.
The sideboard looks great, too. River's Rebuke seems to be important against those creature-heavy matchups. But I wonder, what matchup you need the 4 copies of Sleep for. I dismissed the card because it only stops the opponent from attacking once, so it's not a great card for a control deck. It's much stronger for decks like merfolk though, because it lets them get trough with their attacks the turn they play it AND the turn after.
That's all. Thanks for sharing your list!

Stitcher's Supplier is a really strong enabler for graveyard strategies. In your deck it combos with Reassembling Skeleton, Graveyard Marshal, Gravedigger, Find//finality and Gruesome Menagerie. It's also very good in combination with the ultimate of Liliana, Untouched By Death. So I'd recommend to play 4. Maybe cut 1x Murder, 1x Find//finality, 1x Gravedigger, 1x Gruesome Menagerie or something along these lines.

The Induced Amnesia + Release to the Wind combo looks interesting, especially because it can be used to mill the opponent or to draw cards yourself. But it would require a bigger reconstruction of the deck, so I will shelve this idea for now.
Shore Keeper, Wall of Mist and Diamond Mare are interesting options. Shore Keeper looks a bit too costly. In my testing, paying the 6 mana for Memorial to Genius was already too costly, because I always needed the mana for my immediate survival and was never able to activate it. Wall of Mist looks rather boring because it cannot trade with early creatures. But Diamond Mare could be very good because of the lifegain. I'll try this one first!

Hi, I'm also a big fan of incorporating politics in EDH!
Here are some cards with a political element you might consider:
Nova Pentacle can disincentivize opponents from attacking you if you're controlling no creatures, because then the opponents have to target some of their own creatures.
Duelist's Heritage is a nice political card. It can incentivize your opponents to attack another opponent instead of you.
You might also like Seht's Tiger.

Also, I would not play Barrier of Bones as you're playing some kind of aggressive deck. Except being a one drop it hasn't much to offer. You could replace it with another copy of Liliana, Untouched By Death and some copies of Graveyard Marshal.

Liliana, Untouched By Death is a really strong card for zombie tribal. I'm not sure if she fits into an aggro deck but she deserves a spot in the sideboard at least.

Hi, if the goal is to make the deck an unfun stax-build, then you'll have to include Grand Arbiter Augustin IV. Not only does it tax your opponents' spells, it also reduces the cost of Sen Triplets by two.
Celestial Dawn is not longer necessary for Sen Triplets decks because, since the rule change, lands like Rupture Spire can now generate mana outside the color identity of your commander. If you'd include more lands that generate mana of any color, then you could therefore cut Celestial Dawn. See my version of Sen Triplets for an example of this: Sen Triplets Handcontrol
That's all for now. Have fun!

Right now I just want to report that I built a version of this deck on MtG Arena. I was missing some cards (for example I played only 3x Drowned Secrets and 1x Psychic Corrosion), but the hull of the deck was already there (4x Murmuring Mystic, 4x Sinister Sabotage, 3x Syncopate, 4x Opt, 4x Anticipate).
The deck played surprisingly "well" and I won 1 out of 4 quick games. In one game I lost because of keeping a onelander, and in another game I played against a strong grixis nicol bolas deck and lost with my opponent having one card left in their library. I lost yet another game against a gruul aggro deck. And I won a game against izzet-spellslinger.
In those matchups, Murmuring Mystic was key in stabilizing the game and everytime I got at least a few tokens out of it before it died. But as I said that may have been matchup-dependent or because the opponents didn't know my gameplan.
That's all. Just wanted to let you know.
