Another update, thinking about splashing white for stuff like Dispatch and Stoneforge Mystic

I'm testing a ton of cards with this version but it already feels better than 0.3 so I'm releasing this as the new version.

Again, I chose not to play extremely broken cards like Tinker and Tolarian Academy as well a lot of the older cards. This is a mostly legal deck except for the artifact lands which apparently are banned??? Not sure why.
