My plan is to tear opponents hand apart with discard effects. The casting requirements to do this will eat up quite a bit of life, so I've included Scavenging Ooze and Kitchen Finks to keep my life total safe as I expect some pretty grindy games.

Or I'll just smash my opponent with Tarmogoyf, that usually works too.
