So in my neverending quest to fit as many angels as possible in as many decks are possible, this time I decided to try with ridiculous amounts of ramp. The goal, of course, is to cast big angels as soon as possible, and in case you don't draw any angel or the needed ramp, then just survive a few turns via fogs and removal.

I'm quite happy with this initial build, but I'd like to hear your suggestions on how to make it more consistent.

Example of great start:

On turn 2, the second best option is casting Rattleclaw Mystic face down. On turn 3, you will get 2 extra mana from it (pay 2, morphing adds 3, tapping adds 1), so with the right lands you can still cast a 4-6 CMC angel, or See the Unwritten to find one if you don't have any :D

Goals:

  • Better mana base
  • More consistency
  • Some drawing?
