My take on Modern Urza Rack.

1 Blackmail instead of the 3rd Thoughtseize to help with the burn matchup. It also has felt great as a 1 of.

Cutting some of the The Rack and Shrieking Affliction since Urza's Saga fetches The Rack in favor of more discard and kill spells.

2 Field of Ruin to deal with troublesome lands. Since we are mono black and playing 4 Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth we can afford to play all of the colorless lands in the list

The 1 of Cling to Dust feels great in practice as it enables card draw, life gain, or exiling a troublesome graveyard card.

1 of Pithing Needle is fetchable with Urza's Saga. Good main board utility against Planeswalkers, Hammertime shenanigans, Aether Vial, and a myriad of other activated abilities.

1 of Nihil Spellbomb is also fetchable with Urza's Saga. Good against Dredge, Kroxa, Titan of Death's Hunger, and other graveyard shenanigans.

In the sideboard:

Bontu's Last Reckoning for the aggro/midrange matchups.

Damnation for the same reason, but to diversify for Meddling Mage/Surgical Extraction type effects.

Collective Brutality for burn or if more discard is needed.

Pithing Needle for dealing with planeswalkers. Also good to lock out early fetch lands, Aether Vial, etc.

Leyline of the Void for dealing with people that like to play from the graveyard.

Plague Engineer for dealing with Goblins, Humans, Elves, and other tribal decks. These are quite prevalent in my local meta.

Damping Sphere for Tron and combo matchups

Fatal Push to round out the play set for Hammer time and other aggro decks
