I really like the idea of this deck. It has been brewing in my head ever since Curse of the Swine and Illness in the Ranks were both available in standard. Now we have Virulent Plague to make this deck even more possible. It is still not very consistent though. Any ideas?

Blood Seeker is in the deck to punish your opponent when they receive token creatures and Blood Artist is in here to punish your opponent when they lose their tokens. The Hunted Troll and Hunted Phantasm creatures just give your opponents more tokens while giving you a big beater for cheap.

Forbidden Orchard is a natural fit for this deck; the negative of giving your opponent a creature every turn becomes a clock!

I like that Echoing Truth serves many purposes in this deck; bouncing tokens back to your opponent's hand, saving your creatures, and bouncing a Hunted creature back to your hand so that you can potentially do more Blood Artist damage.

I am going to try Panharmonicon in this deck. It seems pretty sick with Blood Seeker out and then casting Hunted Phantasm. Am-I-right?
