This is a bit of a joke deck which was born of my longstanding love for Chisei, Heart of Oceans. The goal of the deck is to have fun counter interactions and to accumulate as many different counter types on your commander. At night, the thought of a voltron win using Luxior keeps me awake. The deck is purposefully suboptimal and a lot of fun to play.
