Exactly what it says on the tin, a mono-white Phyrexian deck with a focus on a mix of poison, incubation, and proliferation. There are a few cards that aren't phyrexian art - namely some artifact staples, the paladin class (which I think fits flavor-wise with The Machine Orthodoxy but classes only have D&D prints) and Ravnica at War (Much less justification for this one, it's just a staple monowhite board clearer that will most likely hit at least the other commanders cause most people don't play monocolored). There are many decks like it but this one is mine.
